Former Detroit Red Wings are on the move this offseason
Many former Detroit Red Wings have switched teams this offseason through free agency or trades, while a couple re-signed with their clubs.
Here's a look at where they landed:
Tyler Bertuzzi, Chicago (four years at $22 million): Coming off a 21-goal, 43-point season in Toronto, Bertuzzi will be playing for his fourth Original Six team in three seasons.
Robby Fabbri, Anaheim (trade from Detroit): Fabbri tied a career-high with 18 goals and was moved to create space for Vladimir Tarasenko.
Martin Frk, Calgary (one year at $775,000): The winger with a rocket shot inked a two-way contract after spending last season in Switzerland.
Shayne Gostisbehere, Carolina (three years at $9.6 million): Detroit will miss his offense from the blue line, replacing him with Erik Gustafsson.
Robert Hagg, Vegas (one year at $775,000): A stay-at-home defenseman, Hagg played only five games with Anaheim last season.
Nick Jensen, Ottawa (trade from Washington): After five-plus seasons with the Capitals, Jensen was traded to the Senators.
Anthony Mantha, Calgary (one year at $3.5 million): Mantha had a minimal impact in Vegas, leading to a one-year deal with Calgary.
