Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin is getting set for the biggest game of his professional career, as he and the Americans face Canada in tonight's title game.

The work continues for Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin, who is on the American squad hoping to make it consecutive wins over Canada in tonight's 4 Nations Faceoff title game (8:00 PM, ESPN, ABC).
Larkin already scored the game winner for the Americans as part of their 3-1 win in Montreal last Saturday night:
The Red Wings captain has only made a single postseason appearance in his career, and that came in his rookie year of 2015-16 and lasted only 5 games against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
But Larkin is looking forward to laying it all on the line tonight.
Feeling good. A lot of excitement. It'll be hard to sleep.

It's such a big hockey game. I expect it to be intense again, but, you know, guys are going to have to stay disciplined, guys are going to have to stay on the ice. We want Brady and Matthew (Tkachuk) to be out there and playing hockey and finishing hockey and scoring big goals. I expect it to be intense again, but I expect, you know, a really good hockey game.

Having already made a meaningful contribution for his team on Saturday, Larkin and the Americans are hoping to finish the job tonight.
I'm looking to play my game tomorrow with speed, and, you know, attack the net.

To win something, with that jersey on, with the USA on your chest, it doesn't get better than that. On home soil as well. So we're fired up for it.

Teammate Lucas Raymond led the Swedes in points

Larkin's teammate Lucas Raymond was chosen to represent Sweden, and he led them in points with 3 assists.
He's now on his way back to Detroit, where the rest of his teammates have been practicing in preparation for the resuming of the regular NHL schedule.
