NHL speaks on Matthew Tkachuk suspension
During game 4 of the Stanley Cup finals, Panthers forward Matthew Tkachuk cheap shotted Oiler captain Connor McDavid.
Tkachuk went after McDavid behind the Panthers net which is what started the scrum.
Things are getting spicy in Edmonton 😳
Many fans believed Tkachuk would be facing a suspension after the game since the player he attacked was the number 1 player in the NHL.
The deadline for a suspension was last night at 5PM which nothing was announced meaning Tkachuk will be free to dress for game 5 tomorrow night.
