Detroit sports fans everywhere are saying goodbye to Andy Isaac, a well known figure in the sports fandom community who tragically passed away.

The extended Detroit sports community lost a beloved member earlier today with the passing of Andy Isaac after a decades-long battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
A post on his social media page earlier this morning confirmed the sad news.
Good morning. Andy passed away peacefully this morning beside his loving family. We thank you all for your support and love over the years. This was a genuine space of laughter and kindness. Please carry this spirit on in honor of Andy. As always, Faturday forever and FTB.
Isaac was also a known food advocate for eateries across metro-Detroit in addition to his fandom of all 4 professional sports franchises.
Earlier this year, Isaac announced that he was departing social media and entering hospice care.
I don't know when my first tweet or post was but I can tell you, sadly, this is probably one of my last.

"Having cancer since 2006 has finally taken its toll on me, it has stripped me of my quality of life.

I have decided on hospice care.....Be kind to each other. I love you all. Truly, I do.
One of his best known bits was his #Faturday posts, in which he would be sampling cuisine from around the Motor City.
Shortly after his announcement in February that he was entering hospice care, he was honoured by all 4 teams in Detroit with a special message bearing his signature #Faturday hashtag on the video boards of their respective venues.
