Does Cross Hanas still have a chance at making the NHL?
The Red Wings drafted Corss Hanas in the second round of the 2020 NHL draft after a great year in the WHL.
In Hanas' first year in pro hockey, he played with the Griffins last year and his season was cut short due to injuries but still managed to put up a solid 17 points in 30 games.
This year was more of a disappointment for the former second round pick as he finished with only 16 points in 58 games. Hanas had an interview after being eliminated from the AHL playoffs in which he spoke of his struggles this season and said he hopes to bounce back next year.

talented second-rounder will bounce back in year three. While Hanas is still young and has time to continue to improve, if he is not able to turn things around by his third season in the AHL next year, the Wings might look at moving on from him.
