NHL's top prospect has officially signed an entry-level deal
The NHL's top prospect going into next season is San Jose's 4th overall pick from last year, Will Smith.
Smith played for Boston College this season putting an incredible 71 points in 41 games in his first and only season in the NCAA.
News broke last night that Smith has officially signed an entry-level contract with the Sharks which means he will likely be in the NHL next season.
"Will Smith has officially signed his entry-level deal with the Sharks."
Since the Sharks have the first overall pick and will likely be taking Macklin Celebrini, it will be quite interesting to see how these two play together after being rivals this past season.
