Former Red Wings head coach in line to be Sharks next bench boss
Insider Elliotte Friedman reported on his podcast that the Sharks are interested in former Red Wings head coach Jeff Blashill.
Blashill was the head coach of the Red Wings from 2015 until he was fired in 2022, finishing his time in Detroit with a 204-261-72 record.
«I think Blashill is someone they're considering,» Elliotte Friedman said on his 32 Thoughts Podcast.
Sharks GM Mike Grier said the process of finding their next head coach will be a logn process but it seems like Blashill is at the top of the list.
