Florida is known for being a tough team that uses its body, forechecks a lot and focuses on defense first.
All these key ways on playing are things that the Red Wings can easily implement into their game for next season. Detroit has great third and fourth lines that can wear opposing teams down in the same way the Panthers do.
The Red Wings aspire to many of the features of the Panthers' game that make them so successful � depth, forechecking, and tight defense are the virtues Derek Lalonde named as his team's objectives all season long.
