We still remember! Bruins defenseman Nikita Zadorov may have to eat his own words after he's now guilty of doing the same thing he accused Red Wings star Lucas Raymond of!

Well, well, well.

Boston Bruins defenseman Nikita Zadorov apparently forgot that we have a wonderful new thing called video replay, and he's been exposed of doing the exact thing that he complained against during a matchup against the Detroit Red Wings in early December.

Kudos to Red Wings Prospects on X for capturing the incident during Boston's game this afternoon against the Florida Panthers.

After Florida's Eetu Luostarinen made contact with Zadorov's hand with his stick, Zadorov immediately began waving his hand in faux pain in an attempt to draw a penalty, which was called.

Back in December, Zadorov complained that Raymond was trying to sell a penalty despite the replay showing that he obviously slashed him.

I don't like when the guy's shaking his hand. I barely touched his hand, so I think that's got to get out of the league. It's a man's league. We all get slashed. We're all in pain. But you don't go like this and show the referee that you get slashed. So I think it's just a little bit disrespectful.

He continued:

«Well, I mean, the referees - Wes [McCauley] and Jon [McIsaac], they've been in the league for a while. You know, they've seen hard play. They've seen when guys play hard. And I think even they agree it should be out of the league like this.

«You don't sell penalties. They see it. That's why there's two refs.

Oh, the irony.
