Sept. 27: Chicago Blackhawks vs. Detroit Red Wings, 7 p.m. (Little Caesars Arena)

Sept. 28: Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Detroit Red Wings, 7 p.m. (Little Caesars Arena)

Sept. 30: Detroit Red Wings at Buffalo Sabres, 7 p.m. (KeyBank Center)

Oct. 1: Detroit Red Wings at Pittsburgh Penguins, 7 p.m. (PPG Paints Arena)

Oct. 3: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Detroit Red Wings, 7 p.m. (Little Caesars Arena)

Oct. 4: Ottawa Senators vs. Detroit Red Wings, 7 p.m. (Little Caesars Arena)

Oct. 5: Detroit Red Wings at Toronto Maple Leafs, 7 p.m. (Scotiabank Arena)

This preseason schedule includes a mix of home and away games, giving the team a chance to prepare for the regular season.
