Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin named 2nd star as the Americans shock Canada

Fans of the Detroit Red Wings everywhere are hoping that their team can finally end their lengthy postseason drought this year, because if this is how Dylan Larkin will perform, there's no telling how far they can go.

Larkin scored the game-winning goal for the Americans, as they stunned Canada on their own ice at Bell Centre in front of a packed crowd that included Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

He also added an assist on Jake Guentzel's empty-net goal. And for his efforts, he was named the game's 2nd star.
