Beloved NHL scout passes away at 46
The hockey world is mourning the loss of one of its own today as former scout and video coach Scott Masters passed away at the age of 46.
Masters used to be the video coach for the Colorado Avalanche. Furthermore, he was a scout for teams like the Montreal Canadiens, Florida Panthers, and even the St. Louis Blues. He had a major impact on those he knew, and will most certainly be missed.
"RIP to former Avs video coach Scott Masters. Scott also worked in the Florida, St. Louis and Montreal organizations."
