The hockey world mourns the loss of former QMJHL goaltender Creed Jones, who passed away at 24 due to a motorcycle accident.

The Rimouski Oceanic, where Jones had two stints, announced the tragic news. Jones began his career with the Wellington Dukes in the OJHL before moving to the QMJHL, where he played for the Gatineau Olympiques, Rimouski Oceanic, and Saint John Sea Dogs. He concluded his junior career with the University of Ottawa.
Jones was known for his professionalism and kindness, and his passing has deeply affected the hockey community. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Jones family and all who knew him during this difficult time.
