Hurricanes sign Brind'Amour to an extension
There has been a lot of speculation in the last week in regards to Hurricanes head coach Rod Brind'Amour and if he will be staying in Carolina after this season since his contract is up.
The Hurricanes announced this morning that their head coach has signed an extension and his entire staff will be staying as well since they also signed on for a few more years.

The #Canes and Rod Brind'Amour have agreed to a multi-year contract extension. 🙌
Assistant Coaches Jeff Daniels and Tim Gleason, Video Coach Chris Huffine and Goaltending Coach Paul Schonfelder have also agreed to multi-year extensions.
The Hurricanes were eliminated in the second round of the playoffs on Thursday by the Rangers.
