Islanders and Blackhawks have agreed to a trade
This afternoon, a trade took place between the Islanders and Blackhawks which included no players and only picks.
The Blackhawks traded their 20th,54th and 61st picks in this year's draft for the Islanders 18th and 50th pick.
#Isles News: The New York Islanders have acquired a first-round pick (#20) and two second-round picks (#54 and #61) in the 2024 NHL Draft from the Chicago Blackhawks, in exchange for the team's first-round pick (#18) and second-round pick (#50).
As the NHL draft moves closer, there will likely be a lot more of these types of trades.
