Trouba delivers a dangerously vicious elbow to the head
The Rangers took on the Panthers yesterday winning 5-4 in overtime but one of the biggest stories in the game came in the second period.
Rangers captain Jacob Trouba caught Evan Rodrigues with a vicious elbow yet only received a 2 minute minor penalty for the play.

This is not the first time Trouba gets away with such a dangerous play yet the NHL has yet to take any serious actions against the defenseman.
