Dan Clearly makes interesting statement on development camp
Following the end of development camp, former Wings legend Dan Clearly spoke to the media on the important of development camp.
Clearly mentioned how it is great for young prospects to get together with other players part of the organization and get to know them as they might be teammates in the future. He also mentioned how they learn a ton from the professionals that the organization brings in such as sleep nutritionists and skating specialist.
They definitely took away a lot from Lisa McDowell with sleep nutrition
Cleary thinks that some fans might look at development camp as pointless but it is great for the players and it helps the team get a first look at their young prospects before training camp.
