Marchessault could look dang good in a Red Wings Jersey
With the The Vegas Golden Knights lacking the necessary salary cap space going into the 2024-2025 season, the Detroit Red Wings could be front runners for signing the Stanley Cup Champion and Conn Smythe winner Jonathan Marchessault.
Marchessault has publicly stated this desire to stay in Vegas, he has been there since the inception of the team in 2017.

There is always a chance that he can return to the Florida Panthers, but it seems that the Detroit Red Wings are one of, if not the biggest potential landing spots for the Quebec native. The Red Wings are looking to add to their top-6 and could provide much needed leadership and Stanley Cup experience that can make a major difference on the ice and in the room.
This past season he had a career high in goals with 42 and 29 assists for 69 points.
