Former Red Wings assistant and Head Coach for the Coachella Valley Firebirds of the AHL, Dan Bylsma the former Stanley cup champion coach is set to be named the leading man behind the bench for the Seattle Kraken.
"Dan Bylsma has reportedly been named the next head coach of the @SeattleKraken . Bylsma won the Stanley Cup as head coach of the Penguins in 2009 and is currently the head coach of Seattle's AHL affiliate, the Coachella Valley Firebirds. #SeaKraken."
Bylsma won the Stanley Cup as the head coach oof the 2009 Pittsburg Penguins and is set to replace the Krakens first ever coach Dave Hakstol, who was fired this of season.
The Kraken are looking to make the playoffs once again this upcoming season after missing out this year.
