Don Cherry's daughter, Cindy Cherry, tragically passes away at age 67
The entire hockey world in Canada has immense love for Don Cherry, and everyone is collectively heartbroken at the passing of his daughter, Cindy Cherry.
The hockey community has long supported Don Cherry, given his iconic role in the NHL over the past few decades. Tragically, heartbreaking news was announced on Thursday with the official announcement of Cindy Cherry's passing.
The news comes as a shock to all in the family. Cindy leaves behind her son, Del, his father, Roger, and the rest of the incredible family. At 67, Cindy did extensive work for Don Cherry's Pet Rescue Foundation, to which donations can be made in her name. She also played a significant role in maintaining the Don Cherry brand, which has been iconic in hockey.
