Verhaeghe gets away with dirty slash to the face
The referees have continued to poorly call the games between the Bruins and Panthers as was once again the case in game 5.
During the game, Panthers forward Carter Verhaeghe slashed Parker Wotherspoon and Charlie McAvoy in the face and did not receive a single penalty.
The Florida Panthers were not whistled for high sticking on this play.
Although the Bruins won last night, despite the call being missed, the officiating needs to improve drastically as it has been a complete mess since game 1.
