Bettman speaks on Quenneville and Bowman's suspension
When the story broke regarding former player Kyle Beech's allegations towards the Blackhawks, nothing was done immediately but the NHL began an investigation.
Following the investigation, multiple members of the Blackhawks staff from that time were suspended from remaining in the NHL including Joel Quenneville and Stan Bowman.
NHL commissioner Gary Bettman recently spoke of the suspension stating that he is unsure when he will lift their suspension.
Gary Bettman says Joel Quenneville and Stan Bowman remain ineligible to work in the NHL. Says he still "has to consider" if or when that might change.
Quenneville has been suspended since stepping down as the Panthers head coach and Bowman has been suspended since stepping down as the Blackhawks GM.
