The Detroit Red Wings have announced a two-player roster move to kick off this Monday morning after a big 5-4 overtime win against the Anaheim Ducks, and it's unfortunate

As we reported on Sunday before puck drop against the Anaheim Ducks, the Detroit Red Wings were missing a key piece from their lineup, and that was forward Andrew Copp due to injury.
And if that was not enough injury worries for the Red Wings, another forward departed from Sunday's game after Ducks' Trevor Zegras threw a suspendable hit.
Both of those injuries has lead to Steve Yzerman analyzing his youth in the American Hockey League, and deciding on calling up one specific forward.
UPDATE: The #RedWings have recalled Sheldon Dries from the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins.
Dries, a 30-year old late bloomer who is currently with the Grand Rapids Griffins of the AHL, has 27 points in 48 games played this season including 19-goals.
In a corresponding move, the Red Wings have placed Andrew Copp on the injury reserve list.
Copp has 23 points in 53 years played this year, who was on pace for his lowest point totalled season as a member of the Red Wings thus far.
With Copp injured, and now Michael Rasmussen under questionable condition after the hit from Zegras shown below, the Red Wings may not be done making moves.
