But the big question is, what will it cost general manager Steve Yzerman to keep Raymond on board?
Sources are speculating that Raymond is seeking a maximum contract and a bridge deal seems to be out of the question. If Lucas Raymond gets the contract he is hoping for, we could see the young star earning a massive 7-8 year contract valued at over $7 million AAV per season.
