Erik Karlsson reveals his insane pre-game meal
Erik Karlsson is one of the best defenders in the entire league and we're sure that the Pittsburgh Penguins are happy to have him.
Having said that, Karlsson recently revealed his pre-game meal, and it has fans questioning the judgment of the NHL superstar. As you will hear, it's a standard pasta meal, but with some extra additions that may just make you a bit nauseous.
"Pasta, Alfredo, Meat Sauce, Raw Onion, Hot Sauce, and Ketchup. A little salt and pepper." Karlsson said. "Yeah, I think first time anyone sees it, it's uh...I get a comment on it. Usually not the most positive. And then we muck it. I like it. It's worked for me for, ah, 15 years now. I'm sticking with it as long as I can."
It might not be for everyone, but it has certainly worked for Karlsson. He is one of the best offensive defensemen of his entire generation. For years to come, we're sure he's going to keep having that meal.
Do you believe that this is a gross pre-game meal? Let us know in the poll down below. Additionally, stay tuned to Red Wings Insider for the latest news and updates from around the hockey world.
