The Red Wings have signed a forward
The Red Wings announced that they have signed Czech forward Jakub Rychlovsky to a 2 year entry level contract.
Rychlovsky is an undrafted free agent who spent last season in the Czech super league where he point up a team leading 46 points in which 20 were goals.
A native of Vrchlabi, Czechia, Rychlovský collected 37 points (15 goals) and 36 penalty minutes in 37 games for Bili Tygri Liberec's under-20 squad, along with 37 points in 44 games at the under-18 level, and 76 points (32 goals) in 69 games with the under-16 squad. - Kulfan
The 22 year-old will be reporting to training camp in Detroit and will compete for a roster spot but will likely begin his pro-career in North America with the Griffins in the AHL.
