The Detroit Red Wings have confirmed tonight's starting goaltender as well as their line combinations against the divisional foe Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Detroit Red Wings return to the ice tonight, taking on the Tampa Bay Lightning at Amalie Arena (7:00 PM, FanDuel Sports Detroit, 97.1 The Ticket).

It will be the 2nd game of their 4-game road trip, which began with Thursday night's 5-2 win over the Florida Panthers .

Head coach Todd McLellan has confirmed that the lineup will remain the same as Thursday's win, meaning that not only will Cam Talbot be starting in the crease but that Tyler Motte remains out with the injury he suffered earlier in the week against the San Jose Sharks.

Talbot was instrumental in the win over the Panthers, as he made 41 saves.

Dylan Larkin has a warning for the Red Wings despite 8 wins in 10 games

Demonstrating the leadership that a captain should display, Larkin is warning the rest of his teammates to not get too far ahead of themselves despite having won 8 of their last 10 games and not to get overconfident.

You look at the San Jose game, we were overly confident, and anyone can beat anyone in this league on any given night, and tonight was a great challenge, a great reset for our group and we answered that challenge. Yes, we're building confidence as a team and individual players, which is great to see. But we still have a long way to go, and that's the exciting part.

We're starting to play harder. Guys are adapting to the new coaching staff. We're trying to impress.
