Beloved Detroit Red Wings radio announcer Ken Kal delivered another signature goal call in last night's OT win over the Ottawa Senators at Little Caesars Arena!

Make it 5 straight victories for the Detroit Red Wings under new head coach Todd McLellan, who has breathed new life into the franchise that was tied for last place in the Eastern Conference at Christmas.

The Red Wings defeated the Senators 3-2 in overtime after Patrick Kane fired a wrist shot past goaltender Anton Forsberg on the power play.

And in his typical exuberant fashion, Red Wings radio announcer Ken Kal delivered another gem of a goal call on Kane's winner:

Also scoring for the Red Wings were Dylan Larkin, who now has goals in 4 consecutive games (after having broken a 16-game scoreless stretch) as well as Joe Veleno.

Veleno's goal tied the game in the 3rd period - take a listen to Ken Kal's call:

Red Wings fans are spoiled at getting to listen to two of the best in the business night in and night out with Ken Kal on the radio and Ken Daniels on television!

Patrick Kane scored the overtime game-winner for the Red Wings

Kane, who has scored numerous overtime goals for the Red Wings in his time in the Motor City, came through again in the clutch for his team.

Kane noted that while it's fun to score in overtime, it was the work of his teammates that helped make it possible.

It's always fun to play in overtime. You have a chance to get the puck and create with that much ice, and when it goes four-on-three, especially in that situation where you win a faceoff you're looking to create right off the draw. Larks did a great job winning the draw and I just tried to get it by the defenseman and it was nice to see it go in.
